The Assistant Instructor - Lifeguard will teach swimming lesson techniques to young children at the 4 lowest levels of the Olympic Way Program and guard the pool with an Instructor – Lifeguard.

• Be responsible for the safety and security of our clients.• Initiate the emergency action plan and emergency evacuation, when necessary.• Complete student assessments according to Olympic Way Program.• Communicate with parents as necessary.• Attend all staff trainings.
• Must be at least 15 years old• Valid Bronze Cross award• Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually• Good communicator with demonstrated enthusiasm for working with young people• Bilingual (English and French)
